CAA Announces its Mold Guidelines for the Rental Housing Industry
After extensive research, CAA’s Mold Task Force is pleased to announce the release of CAA’s Mold Guidelines for residential rental housing. The document, entitled “Mold on Rental Property: Guidelines for Assessment and Remediation of Fungal Contamination,” includes background and general information about mold contamination and provides valuable forms and letters that owners can incorporate into their housing management.
