bullet The Avalos proposal to extend Just Cause eviction protections to units not currently under rent control will be reheard by the Board of Supervisors Land Use and Economic Development Committee on Monday, Nov. 23 at 1:00pm, City Hall, Room 263.

We encourage you to contact the Board of Supervisors and Mayor to express your disapproval of this legislation.

bullet The issue of mandatory acceptance of pets in rental housing was heard again by the Animal Control and Welfare Commission on Nov. 12. SFAA board member Andrew Long spoke against the proposal. Learn more and see a KGO-TV news story about the hearing featuring Andrew's comments.
