4 Hour Lead Certification Refresher Class
If you’ve already completed the 8-hour Lead Safe Renovator – Initial, you are eligible for this 4-hour refresher training. The EPA requires Certified Renovators take this refresher training course every five years to maintain compliance with the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule.
This refresher training course was developed by the EPA, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to train renovation, repair, and painting contractors how to work safely in housing with lead-based paint and comply with EPA's RRP Rule, and HUD's Lead Safe Housing Rule. 4 Hours of Interactive Refresher Training Hands-on Classroom Experience Lead Renovator Certification Renewal.
Fee: Members $75, Non-members $150
