Unfortunately, many building owners and property managers deal with stress & conflict on a daily basis. Managing rental property in San Francisco has become increasingly difficult because of the complexities of new and ever-changing local laws. You can reduce stress and avoid legal problems by understanding how to prevent & minimize conflict, by developing positive relationships with residents, and by using preventative measures to reduce the amount of time, money, and stress associated with legal disputes.

Fee: $65 for SFAA members; $85 for non-members.

No refunds or credits will be given to registrants who cancel less than three business days before the class
