Fire safety regulations and 2018 SFAA lease update at Feb. 21 Executives' Luncheon

Dear SFAA Property Managers:

The San Francisco Apartment Association's Property Management group of corporate executives will convene for its luncheon meeting on Wednesday, February 21 from 12:00 until 1:30. The meeting will be held at Absinthe restaurant in Hayes Valley (348 Hayes Street at Gough). Attendance is $55.00 per person. Please RSVP to [email protected] or 255-2288, extension 16.

Come to our February luncheon to learn about the updated fire safety regulations. Captain Ken Cofflin, Port of SF Fire Marshal, will field general questions and the SFAA's Charley Goss will provide helpful step-by-step directions for your staff.

Dave Wasserman and Eric Andresen will also brief attendees on changes to the 2017 SFAA residential tenancy agreement.

Attendance is limited to the first 30 people. Street-metered parking can be found or there is a pay lot at the corner of Grove and Gough, located one block from the restaurant. Please remember to bring your $55.00 check payable to the SFAA.
