California Apartment Association (CAA) Form Downloads
While many of the most popular CAA forms are now available directly on this website, through our affiliation with CAA, SFAA members can also access the entire library of CAA rental forms through the CAA Website.
Please note: CAA recently changed the process for accessing their forms. Please refer to the questions and answers on this CAA website page for more information about accessing their forms.
CAA forms include everything except our SFAA Residential Tenancy Agreement. Forms related to San Francisco rental housing are available only from the SFAA office, online (free for members) or through our "Fill Out Forms Online Service" (members only benefit for a fee: click on the link below for instructions and pricing.)

About your CAA username
The California Apartment Association is no longer using the default log in (Membership ID and ZIP code + caa). When CAA launched its new website, your username became your email address. Members should have received an email from “Caanet” that contains a link for setting a personalized password. If you are a member and did not receive the email, please send a request to [email protected].
