Cost for SFAA members: 
$25.00 per lease plus sales tax, or 
a pad of 10 leases for $225.00 plus sales tax

Cost for non-members:
Pick Up at SFAA Office: $200.00 per copy (plus tax)
Shipped to You: $200.00 per copy (plus tax and shipping)
