Lead RRP In Person Training Course

The Environmental Protection Agency has revised its Lead-Based Paint Renovation and Repair Regulations which now requires property owners and management companies to implement lead-safe work practices certification training for paid contractors and maintenance professionals working in pre-1978 housing. This course is a one day (eight hour) class that explains how to comply with EPA's Renovation, Repair, and Painting (RRP) Rule.  Lead-based paint is a significant concern in older residential properties which can pose serious health risks.  Register today to ensure your properties are compliant with regulations to safe guard the well-being of your tenants.  Subjects that will be covered include:
