In Person Mold Certification Class

Mold can create maintenance concerns for your rental property and health issues for your tenants. This class is recommended for rental owners, property managers, and maintenance employees. It covers health effects that mold may have on your renters or employees; indoor conditions which can lead to the growth of mold and routine maintenance tasks that prevent the growth of mold.






If you have  individuals who will be removing and cleaning from surfaces this class is for them. There will be a small hands-on portion to this class to show how to build containment around the area and what chemicals or soaps are used to remove the mold.   

This course counts toward Continuing Education credits and is for both current certificate holders seeking renewal and those wanting to become new certificate holders. You must renew your Mold Certification annually.
