SFAA Special Events

San Francisco Apartment Association Annual Trophy Awards

Every year, the SFAA hosts a gala awards ceremony where we honor stand-out individuals and companies within San Francisco’s apartment industry. The event provides an excellent opportunity to network with talented professionals across a range of property-related fields. Fine food and cocktails are, of course, included as well!

The SFAA Annual Trophy Awards is an exclusive event and the only one of its kind that caters specifically to the San Francisco rental housing community.

Executive Managers’ Luncheons

Our quarterly Executive Managers’ Luncheons are a great place for industry professionals to chat and exchange ideas while enjoying delicious food. Luncheon discussions typically run the gamut of property-related topics – we’ll talk about everything from policy developments to updates on legal forms to general business tips.

If you’re facing a difficult challenge with your rental business, a luncheon provides the perfect opportunity to pick the brains of your peers. Conversely, luncheons are also a fantastic place to share new insights with your fellow property owners and managers.
